At Raleigh Doodles, we specialize in breeding F1 Doodles.
A F1 Doodle simply means “First Generation Doodle.” This is the initial cross between two purebred dogs (in our case, a purebred female with a male Poodle), and creates a 50/50 cross between the breeds.
We chose to breed F1 Doodles because we fell in love with and wanted to preserve as many of the non-Poodle traits (in both personality and physical appearance) of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, the Bernese Mountain Dog, and the Golden Retriever in our puppies. Crossing these breeds with a Poodle results in friendly, outgoing, and intelligent puppies with very little to no shedding.
Our goal at Raleigh Doodles is to provide you with a puppy that will bring joy to your family for years to come. We take every measure to make sure our dogs live in a healthy, safe, and comfortable environment. Meet our puppy parents below.
Abraham
Abraham is our Miniature Poodle with tons of personality. He is friendly, athletic, and extremely smart. He loves hanging out with people and will do whatever he can to steal your attention. As our only sire, Abraham is the foundation of our family business.

Jubilee
Jubilee is our Bernese Mountain Dog, and she is absolutely beautiful. She has an easygoing, affectionate nature and is everyone’s friend. She’s oblivious to the fact that she weighs almost 100 pounds because she acts like a 10 pound lap dog – be prepared!

Gracie
Gracie is our F1b merle Mini Bernedoodle. She is 75% Miniature Poodle and 25% Bernese Mountain Dog, which means her puppies will be 87.5% Miniature Poodle and 12.5% Bernese Mountain Dog. Gracie's puppies are a great option if you are looking for a dog with a wavy or curly, non-shedding coat. She has a great temperament and enjoys pushing our other dogs to keep playing!
Sunday
Sunday is our English Cream Golden Retriever. She is an absolute sweetheart and overly affectionate! She loves playing with our other dogs and is wonderful with our children. Sunday especially loves playing in the water!

Story
Story is our sweet Golden Retriever. She's exceptionally smart and eager to please. She has a gentle and friendly personality, and loves going on long walks with our family.

Greta
Greta is our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy! She has a beautiful Blenheim coat and we love the "Blenheim Kiss" on the top of her head. She is growing quickly and we love her sweet and playful personality. We are looking forward to Cavapoo puppies from Greta in the future!
